Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing positive behavior programs preferred.
• Ability to assess individuals and design personalized behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and develop personalized behavior support plans for clients.
• Design and implement behavior support plans in homes, centers, and community settings.
• Train caregivers and others to implement positive strategies and monitor progress with data.
