Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Behavior Specialist/BCBA/BCaBA for hybrid work, traveling to home, day program locations, and client sites. You will lead assessments, design and implement behavior support plans, analyze data, and coach caregivers to apply evidence-based strategies.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no on-call responsibilities, and opportunities for clinical supervision and growth within a long-standing organization serving adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• CPR and first aid certification is required.
• Free clinical supervision available for BCBA/BCaBA students.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments in homes, centers, and community settings.
• Design and implement personalized behavior support plans.
• Train caregivers to apply positive strategies.
• Monitor progress with data and regular visits.
• Escalate safety concerns and collaborate with supervisors.
