Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, MD (May also consider Fairfax, VA) is seeking an internship Analyst to join the Business Development & Capture team. You will perform varied tasks in support of business development, capture, or specific projects, and develop skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.

This role offers hands-on training, access to executives, and opportunities to work with cross-functional teams using Salesforce and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time and will be enrolled Fall 2027.
• Majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related degree.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Able to obtain and maintain U.S. government clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support business development, capture activities and project work.
• Gather, record, verify, and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Develop metrics, profiles, and market trends.
• Create training material for new capture classes and initiatives.
• Create templates for executive reviews (Gate reviews, independent assessments).
• Use BD tools (SalesForce), open-source data, AI and MS Office to research and report.
• Support executive presentations and dashboards with various tools.
• Support process improvement and digital transformation efforts.
• Role can be a hybrid work schedule.
