Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Bristol/Abingdon area. This full-time role combines 50% in-person services with hybrid scheduling to support individuals with behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology.
• Works with Interdisciplinary Teams to address behavioral issues.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and analyzes results.
• Delivers direct behavioral treatment and skills coaching in applicable settings.
• Monitors restraint use and provides training to reduce.
• Participates in committees such as Behavior Intervention and Human Rights.
