Job summary

Coyne & Associates Education Corp. in Poway, CA is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to blend remote supervision with hands-on in-home support.

You will lead supervision efforts, coordinate schedules, and mentor technicians while maintaining high-quality client outcomes. Must be BCBA certified with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong reporting and leadership abilities, and a capacity to manage a flexible, hybrid workload.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred, ideally with children on the spectrum.
• Completed BACB Supervisor Training with CEUs each cycle.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and oversee remote and in-person sessions.

Your Superpowers:

• BCBA certified?Check! You're in good standing with the BACB.
• Got experience?At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (bonus points if it's with kiddos on the spectrum).
• Supervision guru?You've nailed the BACB Supervisor Training and are all about those 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
• Leader material?You've got top‑notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro.
• Independent operator?You're a deadline‑meeting, time‑managing machine, working solo with minimal oversight.

The Fine Print:

• Must submit a transcript showing your Master's degree and BCBA Certification.
• Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (we'll cover it).
• Keep your TB test and BLS training up‑to‑date.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Compensation: Pay range represents a good‑faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire.
