Job summary

Thrive Autism Services in Arizona is seeking a BCBA for hybrid work, overseeing ABA programs for children aged 2–10. You will split time between in-clinic and remote telehealth duties, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and coordinating with families and schools.

The role offers a starting salary of $95,000–$105,000 with a $15,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule, and ample opportunities to lead telehealth initiatives while maintaining hands-on client contact.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility.
• Master's degree in ABA, education, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA telehealth experience.
• Ability to complete BACB-required 8-hour supervision training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical oversight and program management for children ages 2–10 with autism.
• Conduct and oversee assessments using telehealth-adapted protocols and caregiver reports.
• Analyze clinical data and make data-driven programming decisions.
• Provide remote supervision and coaching to RBTs via live video observation.
