Job summary

Thrive Autism Services seeks a BCBA to oversee clinical programs for 2–10 year olds with autism, balancing in-center supervision and remote telehealth work. You’ll develop, monitor, and adjust ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to implement strategies at home and in school.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, Arizona licensure eligibility, a Master’s in ABA/psychology, and telehealth experience. This full‑time hybrid role offers a $15k sign‑on with a $90k–$110k base.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active Arizona LBA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA, education, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years BCBA telehealth experience.
• Ability to complete BACB-required 8-hour supervision training.
• Ability to obtain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and program management for children ages 2–10.
• Conduct assessments using telehealth-adapted protocols and clinical data.
• Analyze data and make programming decisions based on results.
• Provide remote supervision and coaching to RBTs via live video.
• Train caregivers and families on ABA strategies for daily routines.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers.
