You will supervise and mentor Technicians, design ABA treatment plans, provide parent training, and conduct assessments like ABLLS/VB-MAPP, working with diverse families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (in good standing) required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural awareness and collaboration with diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours).
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes
