STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity. This role offers remote work with a 25% in-person requirement in Maryland, including monthly travel and East Coast evening availability.

We welcome both part-time and full-time BCBAs who are passionate about high-quality ABA services and flexible scheduling. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, plus time for client-facing and administrative duties and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Maryland licensure/certification requirements
• Experience with ASD
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and analyze clinical data
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote skill development
• Provide parent training
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality care
• Ensure services meet clinical and payer requirements
