Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid schedule with a 25% in-person requirement in Maryland. The role supports remote work while maintaining in-person client contact and collaboration with a clinical team.

The position offers both part-time and full-time options, with compensation of $85–$95 per hour plus a 20% incentive for in-person attendance, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze clinical data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote skill development.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the client's care team.
• Ensure services meet clinical, ethical, and payer requirements.
