Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• 3 years of Clinical Experience.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with dually certified SLP-BCBAs and participate in team sessions.
• Contribute to clinical growth pathways and ongoing professional development.
