Job summary

Coyne & Associates Education Corp. is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor to supervise clinicians both in-person and remotely. The role focuses on quality supervision, field visits as needed, and maintaining high standards of client care in ABA services.

The position emphasizes flexible hybrid work, collaboration with a scheduling team, and ongoing professional development while supporting a large caseload and maintaining compliance with BACB requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience, preferably with children on the spectrum.
• Completion of BACB Supervisor Training with CEUs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBA staff across home and remote settings.
• Conduct remote supervision and field visits as required.
• Coordinate scheduling with the dedicated scheduling team.
• Provide mentorship and professional development to supervisees.
