Job summary

Coyne & Associates Education Corp. is seeking a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor who combines in-person field visits with remote supervision. You will guide therapists, supervise field staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services from a flexible work setting.

Requirements include BCBA certification and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. You will coordinate with the scheduling team and support staff while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Transcript showing Master's degree and BCBA Certification.
• Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• TB test and BLS training up-to-date.
• HIPAA compliance and related safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA supervision with a hybrid model combining in-person and remote supervision.
• Manage 110 billable standard caseloads and ensure quality supervision.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team for supervision logistics.
• Maintain high professional standards and ongoing mentorship for staff.
