Job summary

Hopebridge in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based pediatric autism therapy in a fully equipped center. You will design individualized intervention plans, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff while collaborating daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists.

This role offers strong professional growth, structured onboarding, 2 remote workdays per month for administrative work, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

Education
