Hopebridge in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans for pediatric learners. You will collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists, supervise RBTs and new BCBAs, and mentor clinical staff while providing mentorship and leadership across teams.

The role offers competitive compensation ($70,125–$109,938), 2 Work-From-Home days per month for admin work, relocation support where eligible, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to deliver holistic care.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to RBTs and BCBA Fellows.
• Manage administrative tasks and POC updates during designated work-from-home days.
• Support families with training to ensure consistency across home and clinic.
