Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will oversee behavioral analysis services for children with autism at home and in community settings, supervised by our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

You will develop and monitor instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains, and train paraprofessionals on programs and behavior plans. A strong fit includes organization, motivation, flexibility, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders both in home and in the community. The BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
