Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders. The BCBA will supervise and collaborate with our executive director and clinical director.

This role offers hybrid work arrangements, a strong salary of approximately $73,711 per year, flexible scheduling, professional development, and opportunities for advancement with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills are essential.
• Established management skills are beneficial.
• Ability to work well with others and be part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and in community settings.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Work well in teams and be organized, self-motivated, and flexible.
