Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its interdisciplinary team in Chesapeake, VA. This hybrid, in-home based role offers leadership across markets, supervision of RBTs/BTs, and autonomy to design client-centered ABA plans.

You will collaborate with a supportive leadership team led by Dr. Steve Woolf and Molly McGinnis, focusing on meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan: conduct functional behavior assessments and develop goals.
• Empower families: run monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
