Butterfly Effects in Raleigh/Apex, NC, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a BCBA-led, hybrid in-home client support team. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, design interventions, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan using functional behavior assessments and individualized goals.
• Empower families through caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
