Job summary

Butterfly Effects, a BCBA-led ABA therapy provider in the United States, seeks skilled BCBAs to join our interdisciplinary team. You will supervise RBTs, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinicians, educators, and families to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience with children and families affected by autism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality ABA delivery.
• Perform functional assessments, set goals, and design plans.
• Lead monthly caregiver training to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
