Cortica in Glendale is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, remote-enabled role. You will lead a transdisciplinary team to deliver neurodiversity-affirming ABA care for children with developmental differences.

This position offers a salary range of $95,772 to $120,545 per year, plus two performance bonuses up to 10% of monthly salary, generous PTO (up to 22 days, rising to 26), a $2,000 CEU stipend, and license reimbursement to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians and supervise cases.
• Maintain flexible hybrid schedule and telehealth as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians.
