Cortica in Glendale offers a hybrid remote BCBA role focused on neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy for children with autism. You will lead a team of behavior technicians and shape holistic, transdisciplinary clinical programming.

The package includes a base salary of $95,772–$120,545, two bonuses, a $7,500 sign-on, generous PTO, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health coverage.

Formación

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to design individualized care plans.
