Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role based in Westchester, IL and surrounding areas. BCBAs will lead neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children within a transdisciplinary team.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $91,000 to $114,000, plus up to 10% monthly bonuses, generous time off, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, comprehensive health coverage, and predictable scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to deliver high-quality care.
• Design schedules and provide supervision across cases to ensure consistent services.
