Butterfly Effects in Hartford, CT seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a BCBA-led, BHCOE-accredited team in a hybrid/field role. You will supervise RBTs, develop evidence-based plans, and mentor families while collaborating with therapists and educators for meaningful outcomes.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 with quarterly incentives up to $12,000 and a total potential up to $107,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
