Job summary

Butterfly Effects seeks a BCBA to join our nationwide, BCBA-led organization. You will lead RBTs and BTs, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality ABA services.

We offer strong compensation with base salary 85k-95k, quarterly incentives up to 12k, and total potential up to 107k, plus PhD tuition support, generous PTO, health benefits, and a path from BCBA to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA services.
• Assess and plan: conduct functional assessments and develop individualized goals and plans.
• Empower families by leading monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
