Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to empower families.
• Collaborate with therapists and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
