Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role in Broomfield and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of $105K–$120K and a hybrid schedule with both in-person and remote elements.

You will provide clinical oversight, supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, collaborate with families and school staff, and uphold BACB guidelines. Colorado licensure and 2+ years ABA are required.

Qualifications

• Hold current BCBA certification.
• Licensed in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: Provide case management and guide RBTs with integrity and compassion.
• Hybrid Supervision: Support families and RBTs in-person and virtually to ensure quality care.
• Assessments & Planning: Write thoughtful, individualized treatment plans reflecting client needs.
• Collaboration: Work with caregivers, team members, and school staff to drive results.
• Ethics & Compliance: Uphold BACB guidelines and payor policies with transparency.
• Growth Support: Contribute ideas as we grow in Colorado.
