Clinical Oversight: Provide excellent case management and guide RBTs with integrity and compassion.
Hybrid Supervision: Support families and RBTs both in-person and virtually to ensure quality care.
Assessments & Planning: Write thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that reflect true client needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with caregivers, team members, and school staff to drive results.
Ethics & Compliance: Uphold BACB guidelines and payor policies with transparency and accountability.

Hold current BCBA certification and are licensed in Colorado
Have 2+ years of ABA experience, ideally in home or school settings
Live in or near Broomfield, with ability to travel locally to Denver, Aurora, Golden
