Qualifications

• Must be qualified for Supervisor status under BACB.
• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage ABA services for clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Analyze client progress and adjust treatment plans.
