Job summary

Burton Behavioral Interventions Corp. (BBIC) in Oregon seeks a BCBA to join a BCBA-led ABA practice serving clients in homes, schools, and community settings.

This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility with remote supervision, caregiver training, assessments, reports, and administrative responsibilities. You will manage an established caseload, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, provide supervision to technicians and aspiring BCBAs, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Oregon Behavior Analyst license.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
• At least one year of BCBA practice experience.
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Experience supervising and training caregivers.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established caseload and develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and aspiring BCBAs.
• Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make treatment modifications as needed.
• Complete assessments, progress reports, and required clinical documentation.
• Maintain availability to meet client needs and supervision requirements.
