Job summary

Acorn Health in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to join our team. The role is 3 days in the center and 2 days from home, with compensation of $80,000–$99,000 plus a bonus structure tied to clinical impact hours and a sign-on incentive up to $20,000.

You will oversee client assessment, care delivery, and treatment planning, supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and schools, and contribute to ongoing program development in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with autism treatment and ABA practices is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client assessment through care delivery.
• Develop, oversee, and implement BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide clinical supervision.
• Monitor client progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other clinicians to implement best practices.
