Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Ability to supervise BTs and lead a transdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
• Supervise scheduling, billing, and credentialing to support clinicians.
• Balance clinical care with administrative duties and telehealth when appropriate.
