Job summary

Actify ABA in Maryland is seeking an experienced BCBA who is also a licensed LBA to join our team in a hybrid, client-focused setting. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

We offer $85–$105/hour, full-time (25 hours/week) or part-time, flexible shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, generous PTO, professional development stipends, and access to AI tools

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; commitment to client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
