Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland seeks passionate BCBAs to deliver ABA services to clients across the state. You will lead client assessments, supervise ABA programs, and train families and paraprofessionals in evidence-based practices.

The role offers 6 months of paid training, ongoing CEU access, and collaboration with a team of experienced clinicians to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance and remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assessing the performance of programs, and adjusting as necessary.
• Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers.
• Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals.
