Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and MD LBA required.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in 1:1 ABA.
• Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures.
• Willingness to accept supervision and address deficits.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as needed.
• Train parents and caregivers in ABA strategies.
• Oversee paraprofessionals and supervise technicians.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure program fidelity.
