Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to provide ABA services to clients across the state. You will conduct client assessments, supervise ongoing ABA programs, and adjust plans to improve outcomes for children and families.

The role includes mentorship, collaboration with clinical directors, and participation in training banks for staff. Flexible case selection and opportunities for advancement are available alongside paid training and ongoing

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance, and adjust as necessary
• Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers
• Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
