Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is actively seeking licensed BCBAs to join our Maryland-based team. You will supervise paraprofessionals, conduct client assessments and guide ABA programs to achieve measurable outcomes.

We support ongoing professional growth with a training bank, mentorship programs, and weekly clinical director sessions. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
• Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance and remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments and supervise ongoing ABA programs.
• Assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary.
• Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers.
• Accept supervision and guidance to improve practice and outcomes.
