Qualifications

• Must hold current BCBA certification and LBA in Maryland.
• Experience administering and interpreting clinical assessments.
• Demonstrates excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in 1:1 ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures accordingly.
• Willingness to accept supervision and address identified deficits.

Responsibilities

• Providing client assessments
• Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing performance and adjusting as necessary
• Providing ABA training for parents and caregivers
• Assuming overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
