Job summary

Ability Builders in Lakeland, FL is hiring an ABA supervisor to conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and supervise therapy services for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. You will oversee FBAs, train BCaBAs and therapists, track data, coordinate with families and schools, and manage caseloads to ensure high quality care.

A Master’s in ABA and BACB certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field with supervised experience hours.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs): Identify client needs and develop data-driven, individualized behavior plans.
• Behavior Plan Implementation: Oversee and guide the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring clients and caregivers receive clear and consistent instruction.
• Supervision and Training: Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs, ABA therapists and caregivers, ensuring accurate execution of behavior plans in various settings (home, clinic, school, community).
• Data Collection and Analysis: Track client progress through detailed data collection and analysis, making adjustments to intervention plans as necessary.
• Client and Caregiver Collaboration: Work closely with families and caregivers to provide feedback, training, and support for long-term success.
• Case Management: Ensure clients receive quality care by managing caseloads effectively, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with other professionals.
