Actify ABA seeks a BCBA-LBA to lead client-centered ABA programs in a hybrid setting, primarily in Silver Spring, MD. You will develop tailored treatment plans, supervise RBT staff, and coordinate with families and teams to drive client success.

The position offers flexible shifts, competitive hourly pay, and strong clinical support, with emphasis on professional development and reduced administrative burden.

Competenze

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Mansioni

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
