Actify ABA invites qualified BCBAs/LBAs to join a hybrid team delivering individualized ABA services in Prince George's County, MD. The position offers flexible hours with 25 hours/week full-time or part-time options, and a competitive hourly rate of $90–$120.

Responsibilities include designing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and coordinating with families to support client progress, while adhering to ethical standards and collaborative clinical support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
