Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for a HYBRID role in Landover, MD. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to promote client success.

We offer a competitive pay range of $95–$115/hour, full-time (25 hours/week) or part-time from 6 hours/week, flexible shifts, and robust professional development with a supportive back-office to reduce admin burden.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
