Job summary

Ahead ABA in Middletown, MD is seeking BCBA clinicians to join our team. This hybrid role lets you split time between in-person visits with families and remote planning, with flexible hours you can choose.

Assess clients, build treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach parents to reinforce progress. Maryland licensure is required or in process; you’ll travel around Frederick County using your reliable car and enjoy strong team support.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Maryland clinical license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Reliable car for travel within Frederick County.
