Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB ethics compliance.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services in home or community settings, preferably with neurodivergent or autistic individuals.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills; able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for travel within the Denver Metropolitan Area; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients in the Denver area.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide interventions.
• Adjust interventions based on client progress and fidelity checks.
