Job summary

Upwards ABA is hiring a full-time BCBA in the Denver metro area to oversee client care, supervise RBTs, and lead assessments with updated treatment plans. The role offers a long-term, low-bureaucracy environment with hybrid flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Active BCBA certification is required. Expect a strong caseload, leadership access, and a supportive team focused on quality clinical care and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care for assigned clients across service area.
• Supervise and support RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and update treatment plans.
• Review progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete required documentation promptly.
• Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed.
