Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- NJ licensure as a behavior analyst.
- One year experience working with IDD population.
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, individualized behavioral support to individuals across assigned programs and services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, behavioral consultations, monitoring and training to address complex and challenging behaviors.
- Support skill acquisition and pro-social behavior through PBIS and positive behavior supports (PBIS).
- Integrate within an interdisciplinary team to develop and support meaningful individual support plan goals and outcomes.
- Mentor and supervise master and bachelor level behavior specialists and RBTs, ensuring high-quality interventions and clinical consistency.
- Provide limited after-hours support through phone consultation as part of a shared on-call structure.
