BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position providing ABA services to children and families. The role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties, with opportunities for long-term growth.

The ideal candidate holds NC licensure or eligibility, a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, and has experience with ABA for autism or developmental disabilities. Flexible full-time or part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• NC licensure eligible or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with ABA for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct caregiver training and support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
