Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in North Carolina. This hybrid role includes in-home, supervision, and remote clinical duties, with flexibility for full-time or part-time engagement.

You will supervise technicians, develop treatment plans, train caregivers, and collaborate with families to achieve treatment goals while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Eligible for or already licensed to practice in North Carolina.
• Experience in ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
