Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical work. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time opportunities and strong clinical support for growth.

The successful candidate will hold NC licensure eligibility, possess a master's in Behavior Analysis or related field, and provide ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Eligibility for NC licensure required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
