Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in a hybrid role combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

Full-time or part-time opportunities are available with strong clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and pathways for licensure expansion; the position offers competitive compensation and flexible caseloads to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure or currently licensed
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
